Question 1

What is JazzUp syrup made of?

Accepted Answer

Fruit purée, blended. Strawberry Swing is strawberry purée with passion fruit, pineapple and coconut cream; Mariachi Mango is mango purée with a little strawberry and banana; Discoberry is strawberry and raspberry purée with blackberries and cranberry juice. There are no artificial colors or flavors and no high-fructose corn syrup.

Question 2

Is JazzUp lower in sugar than regular pancake syrup?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each recipe was built to use as little added sugar as possible while still preserving the fruit in the bottle. Compare the nutrition panel to the big-brand pancake syrups in the same aisle and you'll see the difference.

Question 3

How does JazzUp compare to the flavored syrups coffee shops use?

Accepted Answer

It's built the other way around. Most coffee-shop flavored syrups are water and sugar with flavor added, so sweetness does most of the work. JazzUp leads with real fruit purée and uses a fraction of the sugar — just enough to carry the fruit — with no artificial colors or artificial flavors. Same two-second pour, a very different result.

Question 4

Is it only for pancakes?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. One bottle covers pancakes, waffles, French toast, Italian sodas, lemonade, iced tea, mocktails and cocktails, coffee and lattes, and desserts like cheesecake and ice cream. A single 16 fl oz bottle holds roughly 16 ounces of pours, so it goes further than you'd expect.

Question 5

Does it need to be refrigerated?

Accepted Answer

Refrigerate after opening, and give the bottle a gentle shake before you pour — because it's real fruit, the purée settles naturally.

Question 6

Is there an allergen I should know about?

Accepted Answer

Strawberry Swing contains coconut cream. All three blends are made in a facility that handles fruit, so if you have a specific allergy, check the label on the bottle or ask us before ordering.

Question 7

Do you ship, or can I pick it up locally?

Accepted Answer

Orders ship from our shop. We also offer free local shipping to Springville, Spanish Fork and Provo, and the bottles are on shelves in seven Utah markets if you'd rather grab one today.

Question 8

What's the difference between the single bottles and the variety pack?

Accepted Answer

Singles are $7.49 each for a 16 fl oz bottle. The Variety Pack is all three blends for $19.99 — about $10 less than buying them separately, and the easiest way to figure out which one you'll reorder.

Question 9

Do you sell wholesale for cafes and restaurants?

Accepted Answer

We work with stores and food-service accounts across Utah. Reach out through our shop and tell us what you're pouring — cafés, restaurants and markets are where most of our bottles end up.

Everything you'd ask before your first bottle.
